Special Features: Owen Wood is a very well respected name in the handmade knife world.  He is a long time member of both the US and South African Knifemakers Guild, as well as its former president.  Owen's talents include the creation of his own handmade knife designs as well as unique and intricate mosiac damascus steel.  This piece showcases both of Owens unique abilities through the implementation of a very nice wharncliffe pattern liner lock folder.  The blade steel of this lovely knife features a very rare one of a kind multi-mosaic composite damascus.  This steel  features both ladder and liner patterns. Wow, what gorgeous steel.  The bolster is a unique artistic combination of Owen's own damascus; machined titanium and a mother of pearl pivot cover .  This combination of materials and unique artistry is both stunningly beautiful, very clean and extremely intricate by nature. The mastadon scales are among the finest available with beautiful creamy presence, smooth texture and bright radiance.  The titanium liners have been anodized a rich copper/gold color which matches nicely with all the other colors in this piece.  On top of all this beauty and superlative craftsmanship, the blade action of this lovely knife has a very unique ultra-smooth damped characteristic to it. Wow !!  This very unique piece is truly one of a kind  and would be a terrific addition to any serious collection.
