Other Features: We wish to welcome back Ken Steigerwalt to our handmade gallery with this wonderful piece of knifemaking history.   This is a beautiful gents lockback folder in sambar stag  This piece has a very strong and effective back lock  and presentation grade sambar stag scales, Wow !! This wonderful piece also features a very nice high polished stainless blades and stainless pins. And I will tell you that the beauty of this wonderful knife is not just skin deep. The finish work on this knife is really nice smooth action, blade center, and filework as well. The blade tension has a perfect feel, and the stag scales exhibit great character as well.    We are very fortunate to have work from this maker, due to his low volume production. This is knife was made early in Ken’s career and would fantastic as a daily carry piece or a very nice addition to a Steigerwalt fan’s collection.  Although it is pre-owned, it is in near mint condition as well.  Considering the cost of more recent pieces, and the craftsmanship that this maker is capable of, this piece is a great buy.  Very rare piece indeed.
