Other Features: Shehroz Azmat really hit it out of the park with this incredible thunderbolt subhilt bowie fighter.   This beautiful knife features Shehroz’s own thunderbolt san mai damascus blade made up of  6  Layers of 1080 and 15N20 high carbon steel.  When shown twisting in the light it looks like a lightning strike. This piece also features a handle of 1000 year old African Padouk Wood. The bolster is made up of 12crom and is hand engraved by Shehroz himself.  The knife handle is finished to provide a wonderful ergonomic feel, like it is an extension of your hand. For a using knife, this piece is hard the beat, and it is exceptionally sharp as well. The knife also includes a very nice cowhide sheath which provides convenient access to the blade in the field. The sheath is handmade also by Shehroz. Shehroz is a very skilled, self taught craftsman and has provided a very usable piece in this knife.. Thank you for this lovely piece of work Shehroz. It is incredibly beautiful and quite unique.
